PlaceExternalOrderRequest

The following routes are available for this service:
POST,OPTIONS	/api/cart/place-external-order	Places an order for the provided items. Only intended for orders from external user ids

Parameters:

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .json suffix or ?format=json

To embed the response in a jsonp callback, append ?callback=myCallback
